SHIPPING:
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. We ship via FedEx which takes anywhere from 3-7 business days to deliver, once it leaves our warehouse. Most orders are shipped the same business day. Common carriers are usually used for larger orders. Canadian Shipments take 5 - 14 business days once it leaves our warehouse.

Most orders ship the same day. Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST Monday - Friday will ship same day (as long as order is in stock). Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST Monday - Friday will ship next business day (as long as everything is in stock).

If you place your Two Day or Overnight Order after 1:00 PM EST please call Customer Service to verify that your order will ship that day. We make every attempt to ship Expedited Orders the same business day.

We utilize the best packaging for the added safety of your order. Every item is packed with extreme care to ensure that the product arrives safely. In fact, every item that we stock is inspected when it arrives at our facility and when it leaves our facility to ensure that your order arrives to you in excellent condition.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii: Please call Customer Service to get a shipping quote. If you place your order online, we will contact you via email or telephone within 1 business day with a shipping quote.

Shipments to Canada will be charged FedEx reduced rates. Please add the item into your cart, and click "Calculate FedEx Rates" on the View Cart Page to see your shipping costs. Shipments to Canada do no qualify for the Free Shipping Promotion.

Free Ground Shipping Promotion does not apply to exchanges.

SALES TAX:
Sales tax will not be charged except for orders within the state of Florida.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
You may cancel your order for any reason as long as the order has not been shipped. If the order was shipped an item may be returned in accordance with our returns policy.

Please be advised that due to human error, our site may list incorrect pricing. While we make every effort to ensure these mistakes do not happen, we cannot honor incorrect prices. In the event an error is found, we will inform the customer BEFORE the order is shipped. At that time the customer will have the option to place the order with the correct pricing, or to cancel their order completely.

DELIVERY INSPECTION:
As noted in our shipping information we pack and inspect each and every item at least two times. Should you receive your package in a damaged condition, do not sign for it as it was damaged in transit. Simply refuse delivery and notify our customer service department immediately.

RETURN POLICY:
You may return an item for any reason within 30 days of the sale date as long as it is in excellent and salable condition. A restocking charge of 20% will apply.

• The product must be in perfect condition.
• The product must be returned in the manufacturer's original box and packaging. Any additional boxes or packaging material that PriceLessHomeCenter used to ship the package initially must be used to ship the return.
• You must call Customer Service at 888-345-4937 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be processed without an RMA number.
• Customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
• You will not receive a refund for any shipping charges.

Do not refuse shipment to return an item. This will result in additional fees and processing delays.

If you return a Takagi Tankless Heater, the free products that you received as part of the Takagi Promotion must also be returned. If you elect to keep the free gifts, we will deduct the online sale price of the products from your return credit.

EXCHANGE POLICY:
You may Exchange an order within thirty days of the sale date as long as it is in excellent and salable condition. A charge of up to 20% will apply.
