PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
We currently offer over 100,000 products to our customers through our website. We do stock many of these items, but we are unable to stock every product that you see online. Many products that we don't stock ship direct to you from the manufacturer.
Products that we don't stock (and that don't ship direct from the manufacturer) have lead times that vary. The average lead time for a product that we don't stock is 7-14 days. Lead times can be extended if a product is on backorder with the manufacturer.
We do our best to notify you if an item on your order is on backorder. Due to high call volumes, if you need to inquire about stock or your order status please email us at sales@pricelesshomecenter.com. We will do our best to reply to your email within 1 business day.
SHIPPING:
We ship within the United States. International shipments are not available at this time. We ship via UPS which takes anywhere from 3-7 business days to deliver, once it leaves our warehouse.
Most* orders ship in 1 - 2 Business Days. Backorders usually ship within 7 days. Drop Ship items usually ship in 1 - 2 Business Days. All items subject to availability

If you place your Two Day or Overnight Order after 12:00 Noon EST please call Customer Service to verify that your order will ship that day. We make every attempt to ship Expedited Orders the same business day (if the items are in stock). Expedited orders placed on the weekends or Holidays will ship the next business day (as long as the products are in stock).
We utilize the best packaging for the added safety of your order. Every item is packed with extreme care to ensure that the product arrives safely. In fact, every item that we stock is inspected when it arrives at our facility and when it leaves our facility to ensure that your order arrives to you in excellent condition.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
You may cancel your order for any reason as long as the order has not been shipped. If the order was
shipped an item may be returned in accordance with our returns policy.

PriceLessHomeCenter offers several convenient payment methods. Most orders will ship the same business day, unless otherwise noted.
PRICING ERRORS:
Please be advised that due to human error, our site may list incorrect pricing. While we make every
effort to ensure these mistakes do not happen, we cannot honor incorrect prices. In the event an
error is found, we will inform the customer via email and with a phone call.
If the order has been shipped, the customer should refuse delivery. If the product has been delivered the customer can return the order for a full refund and PriceLess will cover the expense of the return shipping. If the customer wishes to keep the product their credit card will be charged at the correct price. If we do not hear from the customer with 24 hours of being notified we will assume that the customer wants the product and the customer will be charged the correct amount.
If the order has not been shipped the customer will have the option to place the order with the correct pricing, or to cancel their order completely.
DELIVERY INSPECTION:
As noted in our shipping information we pack and inspect each and every item at least two times. Should
you receive your package in a damaged condition, do not sign for it as it was damaged in transit.
Simply refuse delivery and notify our customer service department immediately.
SECURITY and PRIVACY:

information. Our credit card payment processing service abides to the strictest security standards. We
use Hacker Safe to protect your information.

RETURN POLICY:
You may return an item* for any reason within 30 days of the sale date as long as it is in excellent
and salable condition. The product must be unopened and in manufacturer's original packaging. A restocking charge of 25% will apply. Houzer products will have a 30% Restocking fee.
- The product must be in perfect condition.
- The product must be unopened.
- The product must be returned in the manufacturer's original box and packaging. Any additional boxes or packaging material that PriceLessHomeCenter used to ship the package initially must be used to ship the return.
- You must call Customer Service at 888-345-4937 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be processed without an RMA number.
- Customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
- You will not receive a refund for any shipping charges.

Do not refuse shipment to return an item. This will result in additional fees and processing delays.
Some products are not eligible for return. A custome service agent will notify you when you request an RMA if your product is not eligible. Call for details.
If you return a Takagi Tankless Heater, the free products that you received as part of the Takagi Promotion must also be returned. If you elect to keep the free gifts, we will deduct the online sale price of the products from your return credit.
